Some questions were more basic (whether my family is vegan, my favorite color, whether I prefer tofu or tempeh, for example).
I also had a few questions of a more serious nature, including how to navigate relationships when wanting to raise kids on a plant-based diet, and strategies to cope with feeling overwhelmed by animal exploitation.
I also share my recent breakfast routine, which includes Bobbi Giudicelli’s super loaves from Read the Ingredients, a company that makes wholesome, whole food-based loaves. They’re very satisfying and a regular part of my morning routine along with black coffee.
