Episode 123: Vegan “Hacks and Tips?”

In this episode of the Vedge Your Best podcast, I’m sharing my perspective on weight loss, particularly as it relates to veganism.

 

 

I’ve been approached by media outlets for tips and tricks on losing weight by going vegan. At first, I was flattered to be asked, but I soon realized that providing quick hacks for weight loss is not in line with my coaching philosophy.

As a certified life coach, I don’t believe in offering shortcuts or hacks for weight loss. Instead, I focus on helping my clients create their own rules and learn to listen to themselves. It’s more important to develop self-trust and integrity, rather than seek quick fixes.

Focusing on weight loss can be a distraction from living a fulfilling life. I encourage you to consider what you could achieve or experience if you weren’t preoccupied with losing weight. Many people know where their challenges with food and weight lie, and that addressing these issues often involves looking beyond diet and weight loss.
