Christmas Eve for some of us, but no matter who you are there are likely to be more sweets on the table than usual. Even a short walk after consuming sugars helps to mitigate the blood glucose spikes. Flattening the curve is part of our pandemic response and can be helpful in managing our blood sugars. Of course if you are under a doctor’s care please pay no attention to me and follow your doctor’s recommendations for when to exercise.
