December 14 – If you are interested in losing a little bit of weight during this period, I recommend that we “front-load” our meals with water and low density soups and low oil salads and greens. Get those filling, hydrating and satiating foods in first before the rest of your meal of more densely caloric foods. It also allows you to slow down the meal to really give your body a chance to register as satisfied.
